Tension is high in downtown Kingston as police move to push back a massive crowd that has gathered close to the Supreme Court.
Justice Lennox Campbell has handed over the case to the 11-member panel of jurors for their deliberation and anticipation for a verdict this afternoon is high.
Armoured vehicles and members of the mounted troop have now taken up strategic positions along sections of King Street as the crowd has started to become unruly and on at least two occasions individuals have attempted to throw debris at members of the police team.
