Elephant Man rape case pushed back.

Elephant man also known as Di Energy God, the well-known dancehall superstar faces a major set back as his case has been pushed to a later date.

Ele has been battling a court case where he is being accused of rape. The case has been pushed forward after the case file has been reported missing.
The ‘Energy God’ appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrates Court in Kingston Friday morning when the trial was expected to begin. However, the judge extended Elephant Man’s bail, ordering that he return to court on Nov. 29 after the prosecution conceded that the case fail against the deejay was nowhere to be found.
The matter has been postponed several times since it was originally due to begin in May of last year. Elephant man’s case is involving a woman who is in her 30’s.
