Local and international fans of Reggae Sumfest can purchase tickets at reduced rates for the event, July 13-19, at Catherine Hall, Montego Bay.
Organisers are giving diehard fans access to what promises to be an exciting event with an early bird special, which began on April 1 and ends April 30.
Johnny Gourzong, executive director, Summerfest Productions, organisers of the event, noted that his team is always looking to give patrons value for money and the early bird special is one such initiative.
“We know that Reggae Sumfest is loved by Jamaicans at home and abroad and also boasts admirers globally. With harsh economic times impacting the world, we want to reward those committed fans with saving on their tickets which is why early bird tickets, are available for one month and we encourage persons to buy early. This year’s show will be phenomenal,” he said.Fans are urged to beat the rush to get tickets because passes are likely to be sold out fast given that Tessanne Chin, Sanchez and Wiz Khalifa are already confirmed and more artistes are to be announced soon.

Early bird tickets for the Beach Party and All-White party Sunday, July 13, and Tuesday, July 15, respectively, cost $1,000 each. Tickets for Dancehall Night, Thursday, July 17, are available to early birds for $3,300, and $6,050 for VIP. Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19, costs $6,600 for regular admission and $9,900 VIP. Weekend and VIP passes are also available in the early bird Special.
Fans may access season passes for all three nights at a cost of $15,400 for regular tickets. VIP season passes cost $23,100. Regular weekend passes, that give access to Friday and Saturday, cost $12, 100. VIP weekend price is $17,600.
VIP tickets offer access to the special VIP parking lot and a closer view of the stage.
