A warrant has been issued for the arrest of embattled Jamaican dancehall deejay Deva Bratt in the Palm Beach County Courthouse in West Palm Beach, Florida. Deva Bratt, who was scheduled to answer monday to charges of driving without a valid licence, did not appear in court.
